Terms of Use

Effective August 30, 2026. These terms govern use of Baby Proof, provided by Arch Harbour, LLC.

Parent or guardian use

Baby Proof is designed for use by a parent or guardian with a child. You are responsible for supervising a child’s device use and for deciding whether the app is appropriate for your situation.

Device containment

The app works with operating system features such as Apple Guided Access and Android App pinning. Those features are controlled by the device and may require parent setup. Baby Proof does not guarantee that a child cannot leave the app, make a call, change a setting, or access another feature on every device or configuration. Confirm containment on your own device before relying on it.

Optional purchases

Where offered, theme packs are optional purchases processed by the relevant app store. Store refund, billing, and purchase rules apply. Eligible purchases can be restored with the same store account on the same platform. Apple and Google Play purchases do not transfer between stores. Baby Proof does not require or create an app account.

Acceptable use

Please use the app lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its services, reverse engineer restricted service components, bypass purchase controls, or use another person’s account without permission.

Availability and updates

App features, worlds, supported devices, prices, and compatibility may change as Baby Proof develops. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the app.

Disclaimers and limits

Baby Proof is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a play tool, not a child safety, medical, childcare, emergency, or device security service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
